GATE Mizoram accepts GATE score for admission to the M.Tech courses. GATE 2023 counselling was concluded after Round 1 for most of the M.Tech specialisations. As per the NIT Mizoram cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing rank for MTech in Computer Science and Technology was 371for the General All India category student. In 2022, the Round 1 closing rank for M.Tech in CSE stood at 363. Comparing the NIT Mizoram M.Tech cutoff 2023 with the previous year Round 1 closing rank, NIT Mizoram witnessed a decling trend for M.Tech in CSE for the General All India category student.

The admissions in College of Engineering Roorkee are done through counseling and seat allotment procedure of all the GATE qualified applicants. The applicants who have not qualified GATE will have to appear for the College entrance Test/Counselling. Apart from the Gate criteria, the Candidates who have qualified UKSEE examination on merit basis and have passed B.Sc. examination with Mathematics as one of the subject and securing minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent Examination, only are eligible for direct admission in second year.

The authority revises the GATE cutoff every year. The GATE 2025 cutoff will be released along with the result. Although the cutoff might remain the same for two consecutive years, the conducting IIT releases a revised cutoff every year. An aspirant cannot qualify for the exam on the basis of the previous year's GATE cutoff. The number of applicants for the GATE exam varies every year. Yes, candidates will be able to download their scorecards for GATE 2025 from March 28 to May 31, 2025. After May 31, candidates will need to pay a fee of INR 500 to download their admit card till December 31, 2025. After December 31, students will not be allowed to download their GATE 2025 scorecard.
