NIT Arunachal Pradesh MTech cutoff 2026 round 1 results are out. The institute saw the following cutoff for the General All India category:

  • MTech CSE - 504
  • MTech Innovation and Entrepreneurship - 396

For candidates belonging to the General AI quota, the minimum and maximum GATE scores required were 356 and 407 during Round 1 admission to the M.Tech course. Please note that the cutoff score vary for different rounds, courses and categories. For GATE, the higher the cutoff scores, the higher is the competiton and vice versa. Candidates can refer to the table below to view the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya GATE CCMT Round 1 cutoff scores for the students belonging to the General AI quota:

NIT Nagaland M.Tech admission in the OBC category requires the student to achieve 450 or higher \during the Round 1 cutoff list. Considering the competitive scores, the most competitive M.Tech specialisations during Round 1 admission was Computer Science and Engineering (450) for the OBC category students.

NIT Nagaland accepts the GATE entrance exam, followed by the CCMT counselling process for admission to the M.Tech programme. For 2025, the Round 1 cutoff has been released, wherein the scores were in the range of 350 and 486 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The NIT Calicut MTech cutoff 2026 for the MTech CSE branch was 682 for the General AI category in the 3rd round. For the MTech CSE (Information Security), the cutoff for the same round and category was 653. Comparing both ranks, we can see that MTech CSE (IS) faced tougher competition. 

The NIT Calicut CCMT cutoff 2026 was released for the 3rd round for different All India categories.  Check the table below to know the cutoffs for other categories for the BTech CSE and BTech CSE (Information Security) programme.

Once the COAP registration is completed, candidates will be receive a COAP ID, which candidates can use it to apply in the participating institutes, such as IITs, NITs, and GFTIs. During the counselling rounds, candidates can access the COAP counselling to accept, reject, and freeze their options.
