Scholarship depends on your GATE score. So if you meet their score criteria of scholarship then of course you will get it and it doesn't depend on the entrance exam's marks.

You need above 500 score but it too depends on your category. If your category is SC/ST then lower scores are also taken. So visit the website of the college and get it clarified.

First of all, check the college site for the qualifications that are needed i.e. the minimum GATE score needed. Then, according to it you can apply by reading the instructions given on that particular site of the college.

Most of the colleges take admission only when you clear the GATE exam. Moreover, you should check the cutoff of the different colleges, as it gets changed every year.
