This course is now booming in the minds of young people because of its increasing demand due to awareness among people about it. Now, a KG standard to PG standard student is enlightened directly or indirectly about environmental issues. So, this is slowly working out also. In M.Tech Environmental Science, they will be highly be related to issues like Pollution control, Radiation Protection, Toxic Materials Control, Water Supply, etc. Environmental scientists are designed in such a way that they will develop the standards of environmental protection using eco-friendly methods and also by creating the tools which will enhance and nurtures the environment.
As you want to pursue this M.Tech course without writing any entrance exam, it is highly tough because as it has high demand among students but very few seats are available. In this case, it is not possible to get seats without any entrance exam like we are getting management seats for B.Tech course. Only a few good colleges are offering this course. Even if you don't write GATE exam also you have to write the respective college exam and also you have to clear the interview round for admission into M.Tech Environmental Science. The eligible candidates for this Master's degree programme are the Bachelor's degree students of Environmental engineering and Civil engineering only. The assignments and projects of four semesters are very crucial in the course period. Central and state pollution control boards will offer you government jobs after successful completion of the course. The initial pay is very good. The best institutes offering M.Tech in Environmental Science are IIT-Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, and Madras.

Eligibility Criteria for Post-Graduate Course (Masters of Architecture-
Those who are interested in taking career forward, one can pursue postgraduate study in any specialization such as lighting, green building, construction management, fire protection engineering, building transportation systems, acoustics design and construction are also available apart from many others. Admission in post-graduate studies is based on bachelor's degree in Architect or any other equivalent branches of engineering. The duration for this course is two years.
