You will have difficulty in getting admission in M.Tech in top engineering Institutes such as IITs and NITs because you do not meet criteria of minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% of marks or first class in the qualifying degree. You can try for lower ranked colleges or private universities to do M.Tech.

Hello Kartheek,
I appreciate your interest in pursuing M.Tech in computer science and engineering.
Even though you have missed GATE and PGECET, you can appear for entrance examination conducted by other states and some private universities. But, if you are not interested in pursuing this course from any other state, then you can prepare well and take the exam in next year.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

You need to score at least 95 percentile to get admission in a good NIT or IIT. For admission to other institutes even 60 percentile is accepted. However, better the institute higher the percentile is required.
