Yes it is possible to go for an MBA degree after B.Tech in biotechnology. In fact, it's a good thought, if you are planning to go for it. Moreover, the syllabus for these entrance exams for MBA comprises of maths upto 10th standard only. So, there is no problem with that. You just need to do some smart work.
There is definitely good chances of somebody with a biotech degree and an MBA degree u will be given preference in jobs in pharmaceuticals and biotech companies over others since u have a biotech degree.
To do MBA, you have to sit for MBA entrance exams. There are a lot of entrance exams conducted by various colleges like-

The salary will depend on the student's caliber and the prevailing market situation. 60% of our students work in multinationals, 30% in tier 2 companies and 10% in tier 3. With regard to the fees, you can avail our easy loan facilities, or even pay your fees through your salary.

To apply to GEMS B School, you need to clear the GEMS Admission Test (GAT). It can be taken at http://gemsadmissiontest.com/. GAT is an online test that can be taken at your convenience. The Entrance test would comprise questions related to Basic Maths, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, English Grammar and Logical Reasoning. You have a total of 3 attempts to secure 50% and the results are valid for 6 months.
