Yes, you can get admission to GD Goenka which is located in Kolkata College square, for pursuing Bachelor's in Commerce Bcom without Mathematics. Mathematics is not a compulsory subject to pursue Bcom but here is an important part that admission to GD Goenka is direct admission based on 12th marks so candidates need to score well and if you have mentioned you scored 90% in 12th so you can easily get admission to GD Goenka with these exceptionally good marks.
