Applications for M.Tech admissions at Pantnagar University (G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology) typically commence around the months of May or June each year. The university generally conducts its own dedicated entrance examination, known as GBPUAT, for various postgraduate admissions, including M.Tech programs. You should keep a very close watch on the official GBPUAT website for their precise application opening dates and the detailed notification for M.Tech admissions for the upcoming academic year.

BVSc seats are few and fiercely contested, closing ranks vary annually with paper difficulty, seat matrix, and category splits. Typically, an EWS home state cut-off settles significantly higher (i.e., better ranks) than General, but you still need a strong four-digit (or better) rank to feel safe. Please share your exact rank/score. I'll map it against last year's closing trends, and suggest backup BVSc & AH/ BSc (Hons) Agri/ Fisheries/ Veterinary Allied programs that accept slightly lower scores.
