According to your information, you have no chance of getting admission into a government college in Gujarat for an MBBS course. You can apply to Smt. B. K. Based on previous year's trends, admission to a government medical college with a score less than 400 in NEET UG is difficult, even with the Gujraat state quota for the OBC category for the MBBS course. Similarly, getting into a private college for MBBS generally requires you to score more than 300 marks in the NEET UG. However, with 296 marks, you have good chances of getting admission into private medical institutes for Bachelor of Dental Surgery courses. Ahmedabad Institute of Nursing Sciences is an Indian Nursing Council and Gujarat Nursing Council-recognized institute. It is affiliated with Gujarat University and is run by the Garavi Gujarat Medical & Educational Foundation.
The institute provides admission to 60 seats in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The fee for this course is charged as per Fee Regulatory Committee (Medical) Gujarat State norms (academic year 2021-2023).
For government quota seats, the total fee is Rs. 96,000 per year.
For Management Quota seats, the total fee is Rs. 1,44,000 per year.

After giving State Engineering Entrance exam and getting marks above cut off, you can go for counselling which generally starts after one month of result declaration there you will have options of locking seats in different colleges and in different branches and this Counselling generally goes up to 3 to 5 round including where you can free or float the option of locked college then after you will be called for document verification at the locked selected college or it may be any college nearby you.
