No, IIIT Surat doesn't offer any specialisation in courses. Currently, we have two courses, Computer Science and Engineer and Electronic and Communication Engineering. Both the courses have advance syllabus which will be helpful for placements and doing some specialised career. Most students do specialisation course online as we get lot of benitifs and access to online specialisation courses like Matlab etc.

At Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat, the student's cumulative grade average (CGPA) is derived by dividing the sum of their grade points across all of their studies over the course of a semester, up to the current semester. This gives the CGPA, which represents the overall academic performance of the student.

If a student does not perform well on an Internal Examination in Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat, it is generally necessary to ask him or her to recommence the examination or take remedial courses in order to improve his or her performance. Let me clear misconception here, most people this its Private college as it is based on PPP model. Our college is Central Government college partner with State government and Industries which are public companines (run by Govt of India) like SBI Collect, GNFC, Gujrat Informatics Limited, Gujrat Gas Limited. No need to worry about the government status of our college, because our institute is central government college and an Institute of National Importance.

There's no dress code at IIIT surat, you can be fashionable if you want. But dress code here represented on morality, we don't wear shorts here during the class regular days, apart from this, everythings allowed without keeping them too fancy. Most students here come in track pants, T shirt and flip flops. During the events, everyone' comes in fancy way! No one will bother you as college feels like family here.

First things first, SVNIT is the best located NIT amongst the other NITs. It is located in the most premium part of Surat. Surat as a city is awesome. Really missing Surat, anyways the first year experience will be…how to put it…new. Do not think about how to get a job. Get a good grip of your engineering branch, that will do wonders for you.

SVNIT has good sporting facilities. If you are passionate about tennis or badminton, you are in for a treat. World class badminton and tennis courts await you but their maintenance is altogether another issue by itself.

The new found freedom can be hard to handle, so indulge yourself i

That was an interesting question, as the condition of the hostel provided by IIIT Surat at SUV International School on lease is disappointing. Most of our students are on their way to hunt PGs. Finding PGs and Rented flats are difficult task in Surat especially for Bachelors, because most landlords in Surat provide room to families. They might even ask 3 times the rent to allow us for living in their flat. Otherwise, we are currently residing in Radhe Krishna Apartment located in Kamrej, a 10-15 min drive to IIIT Surat. There are few PGs but almost all are occupied, like Dada Bhagwan Complex. If you want to stay in PG, you have to find
