The total tuition fee for Bachelor of Technology courses is INR 6 Lakh at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Surat. The duration of the course is four years. The fees might include components other than Tuition Fees. The actual fee may vary.

IIIT Surat releases 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs is released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on the following factors:

The JEE Main score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course
