Don't remain an introvert in your college, try to talk to as many people and check with whom you vibe better and join atleast 2 clubs to increase your network and increase your excitement or indulgement into college activities otherwise will feel left out.

Mess food at GTU is quite average and there is pinch of sugary taste in the dal and vegetables because of the common taste of gujrati cooks made food. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the morning breakfast, they serve bread-butter, bread-jam, tea-biscuit, vadapav, samosa, srikhand, pyaaz kachori etc. In the evening lunch and dinner, menu remains almost same, roti, chawal, dal, 2 vegetable - one aalo or moong and other one is kadi, bhindi, parwal, brinjal.
