Generally for PG courses you need to have 6.5 but sometimes a university can accept lower scores and alao offer bridge courses in English or pathway courses. This will depend the university completely. You need to email some universities and find out.

Average package varies according to the college and the individual obviously. A person from a top IHM can expect an average package of 3-4 LPA.
