It's is not possible to name acollege like this. Generally for PG courses you need to have 6.5 but sometimes a university can accept lower scores and alao offer bridge courses in English or pathway courses. This will depend the university completely. You need to email some universities and find out.

If your prior degree was not recognised by UGC studying abroad could be challenging. Get your degree evaluated by WES. Get in touch with the universities and check out specific processes. Also, it's important you know your career plans and explain to the universities accordingly.
