For B.Sc in nursing you need to complete 12th with PCB. This course is purely related with nursing and need deep knowledge of biology.
Another course you mentioned here is purely a management course so for this you does not need

You can try part time programs like MBA in hotel management. There are numerous institutes offering part time program and weekend programs. MBA in hotel management is one of the best for you.
