Generic Business Management is a better option over a sector specific management degree. You have more opportunities to work in different kind of industries in different kind of management functions. You must not restrict your career growth by opting for a sector specific degree. You can specialize subsequently with experience of additional qualifications.

Hi Tezan,
There's no particular entrance exam for BBA. Admissions in UTM Shillong are open now and you can apply on the website for admissions. (www.utm.ac.in)
Once you've applied you'll get to know about the Group discussion and interview which is required for admission.

B.Sc in hotel management or BHM have almost the same course curriculum, so you may consider pursuing any of these course.

Eligibility criteria for doing M.Sc is that the candidate must have completed graduation from a recognised university. For candidates who have completed any degree other than hotel management are needed to enroll for a bridge programme for 3-months concurrent to the commencement of the Masters programme.
You are eligible to do M.Sc in hospitality management. You may evaluate Manipal University for doing M.Sc hospitality management.
