The duty of the Hotel Manager is to run the hotel to the best of his/her ability. A hotel employs various workers and handling them for the smooth and efficient working of a hotel is not an easy task. From cleaners to receptionists, the task of a hotel manager is to make sure that the employees are treated fairly and equally.

Serving the customer is the prime motto of the hospitality industry. A hotel manager is also responsible for making sure the reputation of the hotel, resort, or hospitality firm stays intact.
