MSW means Master of Social Work is a postgraduate social work programme, the duration of master in social work is 2 years, usually comprising 4 semesters in regular studies, but if you want do in Correspondence means maximum 5 years.
Eligibility for Joining Social Work in India:
The eligibility of Masters in Social Work is bachelor of Social Work Degree.
Candidates those who have bachelor Degree in Humanities/Social Science/Science, commerce or management studies are also eligible.

You need to be a graduate with 50% above marks to get into Doon Business School. Above this, you need to crack the CAT and MAT exam and GDPI round.

PGDM is a Diploma course, through which you are given a certificate by the institute or recognised university. So PGDM is a 2 years course, and basically you can surely go for Ph.D. But be careful that you are allowed to go for Ph.D. when you do your PGDM from an AICTE recognised college. The best option for is to get a PGDM course from Iims (Indian Institute of Management). You are only eligible to do Ph.D. when you come with your PGDM Course from an AICTE approved college. Yes, without work experience also, you can get admission in any B-School for any course. The only requirement for pursuing MBA is graduation with at least 50% marks and from a recognized university. Also, you should have cleared the entrance exam whichever is considered, but a particular college or university.
