I will recommend you JIMS-Rohini, sector 5, as it is approved by AICTE AIU and accredited by NAAC and NBA. It means, it's PGDM degree is equivalent to MBA degree, so you can pursue further courses in future as well. They offer live project and summer internship opportunity to the students, so that students can understand the corporate world in a better way and get to know that how the things can be managed. You are very much eligible for PGDM-HRM. I would advise you to start preparing for the entrance exams and set yourself a target as to which college you would want to be in. Meanwhile if you haven't applied for any entrances exam then you do have a yearlong to get some experience and along with that study for your exams.

Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria for MBA program is as under:-
Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category with 3 years managerial /supervisory /professional experience. And Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU.
Further, the duration of course is from 2.5 to 8 years and the course fee is about Rs 31500/.

You must complete your graduation and prepare for CAT entrance exam and score well in CAT exam your score must be more than 95 percentile after that you will get call from IIMs for there GD/PI rounds. If you clear this round, you can get admission in IIMs.

You can try to get into that but your percentage in various education levels are just average, at least if you score 90% and above in CAT then you can try.
