There are many colleges under Delhi University that offers Economics honours in Bachelors degree.
The first college which is very famous for its economics course in Bachelors is Sri Ram College of Commerce. This college lies in the North Campus of Delhi University. SRCC college is very prestigious and a very famous college for economics in India. Second is Hindu College. This college also offers Economics honours course. Sri Venkateswara College is also very famous college in DU. Kirori Mall college, Ramjas College, Hansraj College St. Stephen's College and Delhi College of arts and commerce also has economic courses.

Well, yes, you can definitely choose to pursue an MA in Political Science course after a B.Tech degree. All students who have completed their undergraduate degree with at least a 45% aggregate score are eligible to pursue the MA Political Science course.
