NEET cutoff goes up every year. However, I think you can get some private college for sure in your area.

BBA is not offered by NMIMS-Hyderabad. BBA fees in NMIMS Indore is 7.20 lacs for 3 years.

The admissions for MCA course at BIT Mesra are done based on marks obtained by the candidates in MCA online Entrance Test conducted by the Institute. The candidate must meet certain eligibility criteria, which can be read here:

Delhi University would obviously be a better option as 40% of the top 100 colleges according to NIRF are from the umbrella of Delhi University.

Admission to the IHMs is through NCHM JEE only. Scholarships are provided to meritorious students. Once you take admission in the college, you can apply for scholarships.
