Please post your rank. These universities take admission through CLAT. Each university has 80 to 110 seats which means that your rank should be in between 1 to 160 for admission, otherwise you know the condition of reservations. Hello Bhargavi,
As far as I know, the only way to get admission for M. Tech admission at IITs is to clear GATE with a good score. If you haven't attended the exam, then it is impossible to get a seat.
