IIIT-H is always preferable because it is leader in the field of computer science and related field of education. It has a broad industry base and much better graduation outcomes than any other institution. So it is always preferable than any other college. IIIT-BBSR is also a very good college. It has a very good coding culture and gradually developing to compete with the top institutes. It gives quality education in the state of Odisha in the IT field.

Hi Ram,
BITS Pilani is an engineering institute where you should not be worrying about placements. However, to answer your query, the maximum package at the Pilani campus was 27 LPA last year and the average was around 6-7 LPA. The other two campuses are also at par with each other in terms of placements.

The M.Sc. Economics course is a bit different from the other Masters of Economics courses. It is an Integrated First Degree course in which you can take admission after 12th Standard and appearing for BITSAT Exam.
