The chances of a non-local getting a seat are less, but you may even attempt TS EAMCET for better chances for getting into CBIT. You need to get a good rank to ensure a free seat.

Yes, you will get it for sure because a majority of the students opt for a seat in KLU main branch I.e Guntur. I strongly recommend you go with the main campus because nearly 1500 seats were allotted for CSE last year and you will also get the required branch. The Hyderabad branch will start its classes from this year and you may not get that good placements and faculty as that you get in Guntur campus and the rest lies on your interest.
