ICBM SBE is better with good teaching faculty and decent placements. Plus you get a bit recognized brand value on your resume. Though, you try out other colleges too. You can check Times of India list of top 100 B-schools.

It depends on your hardwork, but trust me here its not that difficult to be in top 10% and if you work hard you can get more than 12 lacs.

Hi, with current XAT score your chances are very slim that will be called up for GDPI even if you have good academic track. I suggest you to apply with some other scores if you had appeared i.e. CAT, CMAT or GMAT. All the Best.
