Why only Hyderabad? There are many good institutes outside of your city. Please choose an institute that can also help you with placement after your course completion.

I am not sure about placement but course wise, BIMTECH is better than IMT Hyderabad and Nagpur. If you get a chance for IMT Gaziabad, it's better than BIMTECH.
