ICAR AIEEA

The ICAR AIEEA PG counselling process is expected to be held in the third week of October 2026. This is conducted for students to complete the counselling and choice-filling process for all counselling rounds. Round 1 of the counselling process is held for the seat allotment process.

The registration, choice filling, document upload and counselling fee submission date for all counselling rounds was scheduled to start on October 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm onwards. However, the first round of counselling was scheduled on October 23, 2025. and the end date for choice filling and to upload of documents for all the counselling rounds was October 18, 2025. 

Yes, the ICAR Counselling schedule was out for UG, PG, and PhD courses on October 13, 2025, and the start of the choice filling process, document upload, and counselling fee was scheduled on October 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm onwards. 

The end date for candidates to complete their choice filling process and document upload for all counselling rounds was October 18, 2025, by 11:50 pm.

The ICAR AIEEA PG Exam was conducted on July 3, 2025, for all the UG and PG candidates in online CBT mode. Only those students who have completed their registration process are eligible to appear for the ICAR Exam. 

The date for candidates to make any changes to their application form to appear for the ICAR AIEEA Exam was between June 7 to 9, 2025. Once the correction window closes, no candidate is allowed to make any changes to their ICAR Application Form. 

Candidates need to visit the official website and then they need to click on the city intimation slip link and fill in their application number and date of birth to download the city intimation slip. 

The ICAR City Intimation slip was released on June 24, 2025, on the official website for both PG and PhD students who wish to appear for the ICAR Exam to pursue their preferred courses.  

According to the official website, NTA released the ICAR AIEEA Hall Ticket on June 27, 2025. The admit card is released a few days before the exam day for all the exam takers. 

The end date for students who appeared for the ICAR AIEEA PG exam was June 5, 2025, by 5:00 pm. Candidates need to submit the application fee to complete the application process by visiting the official website. 

If the answer key is out on the official website, then all the exam takers need to visit the official website to go through the answer key to evaluate their expected ICAR Scores. In case candidates want to raise an objection, they need to submit an objection fee of INR 200.
