There are two ways for the application process 

1. Through Centralized counseling :- On the basis of JEE mark or UPCET mark you have to fill the Centralized counseling form and after the allotment of the seat submit the required documents and fees for the admission 
2. through management quota although it also requires JEE Result or UPCET result but through this you didn't have to go through counseling.just visit the college and meet there administrator.fill the application form, submit required documents and fees and admission will be done.

To join the IEC College of Engineering firstly the candidate should complete there 10 year of school after that 2 year of college from Science side.after that they have to appear in competitive exams like JEE Main or in UPCET and qualifie it with enough marks to get admission in the college 

To get admission in B.E / B. Tech first of all you have to complete 10+2 years of school and college from Science side. after that you have to appear in either JEE Mains or in  UPCET exam and qualifie it with appropriate marks.
