According to the reviews given by college students, the faculty at IEC College of Engineering and Technology is generally well-qualified, with most teachers holding advanced degrees like Master's, though only a few are Ph.D. holders. The teaching quality is considered good, especially in the initial years, when instructors focus on foundational learning. However, for senior years, students often need to rely more on self-study, as faculty engagement decreases somewhat. Overall, the faculty is experienced, but improvements could enhance the overall academic support provided.
