If an applicant does not have English proficiency score they can submit standardized test scores as proof of proficiency in English. Listed below are minimum score requirements:

The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) in India is held in two formats - the IELTS Paper-delivered method and the IELTS Computer-delivered method. The IELTS paper-delivered test is held 48 times a year, up to 4 times in a given month, mostly on Thursdays and Saturdays. The IELTS Computer-delivered test is held seven days a week and up to 3 times a day to accommodate the large number of candidates looking to take the test. Yes, international students willing to study at the University of Alberta need to show an adequate level of English language proficiency. They can do so by submitting the IELTS score and other accepted ELP test scores. The scores required by Alberta University are given below:

One of the University of Hertfordshire admissions requirements is meeting the English language proficiency requirements too. However, for international students, taking admission without IELTS is possible if they submit any other English language proficiency test score such as PTE / TOEFL. But for Indian students, the main base ELP score the university has taken is of IELTS. Given below are the minimum IELTS score and other test scores:
For Indian Applicants
