International students have to submit their IELTS score to meet Macquarie University English language requirements. However, Macquarie University also approves other English tests such as TOEFL, PET, and Duolingo were completed within 3 years of the applicant's course date at Macquarie University rather than the general 2 years.
The following score is the requirement of IELTS for UG and PG for Macquarie University:

Yes, to take admission to the University of Ottawa, international students must have attained a specific level of English language proficiency requirement. The Boston College IELTS requirements for undergraduate programme is 7.5 or above and for graduate programs admission students must have a score of 7.0 or above.
