IELTS

Long Island University admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, overseas applicants can secure an admission in LIU without IELTS/TOEFL score if they meet at least one of the criteria listed below:

• A high school Diploma from a four-year U.S. high school, without ESL support;
• IGSCE, GCSE, or GCE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education, General Certificate of Secondary Education, or General Certificate of Education);
• A college level English composition course from an accredited institution in the US with a C or better;
• IB students may submit ENGLISH A1/A2 or B1/B2 results with a score of 4 or better;
• Successfully completion of the LIU English Language Institute;
• O-Level or A-Level English with grade of E or higher; and
• AP English exam with a score of 4 or better.

International students have to meet the Waseda University requirements for admission in undergraduate and graduate program. Students must complete high school or bachelor's degree as required by the program. We have mentioned below the Waseda University admission requirements for international students:

UG Admission Requirements

·      A high school transcripts with a required score

·      Submit a standardized test scores (SAT, ACT)

·      Japanese language ability is not required for application

·      English language test score

Graduate Admission Requirements

·      Secondary education completion of minimum 6 years 

·      Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of a 4.0 scale.

·      Students must submit a transcript issued by their home institution for admission.

·      Submit standardized test scores (GMAT/GRE)

·      Students must have a good health condition

·      English language test score (IELTS/TOEFL)
