Hi, you can apply for Canada but chances for getting visa will be very less for that you need to do IELTS again so you can get more bands to get visa.

Hii, Yes. Though English language proficiency is one of the requirements, there is an alternative if you choose to study at a university that waives IELTS. Instead of submitting your IELTS scores, you need to submit a document from the university stating that you are eligible to apply for a Visa. IELTS is not necessary to get a UK study visa. Most of the time, the British High Commission allows students with Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) issued by a UK institution in which the student has applied. Thanks.

I would suggest you to give it again because Canada always asks for more than 6 as a band which would make it equivalent to 7 based on CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark). So better give it again and try to get more than 6.5 in each section.
