Yes, you can. That is called a partly agree essay. You agree with some parts of the question and disagree with others. But still, your essay must be clear. You should say which side is stronger for you.

The best and the easiest way is to use a 4-paragraph structure:
Introduction – paraphrase the question + give your opinion
Body Paragraph 1 – write your first reason and example
Body Paragraph 2 – give your second reason and example
Conclusion – repeat your opinion + short summary
This is a simple format. It's easy to write and helps you stay organised. Examiner also likes this format because it's clear and focused.

An IELTS agree disagree essay is a type of Writing Task 2 question where you get a statement, and you have to say if you agree, disagree, or partly agree. You must give your opinion clearly and explain it in 250+ words.
You need to support your view with 2 reasons and give examples. You also need to stick to your opinion from start to end. No changing sides in the middle.

You should try to register for IELTS at least 1 or 2 months early. Test dates get booked fast, especially during busy times. The advance booking of IELTS exam also gives you more time to prepare for IELTS properly.
