Hi Ashish, Universities in Germany are often funded by the state but not necessarily regulated by it. So every university decides its own eligibility criteria and cut-off. Basically, every country expects some amount to be deposited in any of the bank accounts which can be used by only the student when he reaches the country. Based on the university and your annual fee, the amount will be fixed. So, try to get the list of universities and their fee structure and plan your budget.
