Hi Navneet,
For Masters in USA, TOEFL /IELTS is mandatory along with GRE for a majority of the universities for international applicants (those who have or will request a visa) and applicants (including US citizens and US Permanent Residents) whose first language is not English and/or who have not completed a Bachelor degree in the United States.

Hi,
Top universities will instead waive off IELTS or TOEFL. If you are interested for a management course from a top university you will most likely require work experience and GMAT score. Visit some university websites and check the MBA requirements, you will get an idea. Some popular schools include Harvard, MIT, LBS, NYU, etc.

It is not related to state. It is an international exam and can be useful for studying abroad.

If you have academic marks more than 80%, you will get free education in German universities. You have done all required exams, hence you can apply directly. As the procedures are little complication in processing your application and visa, it is better you can do this through education consultants. It is worth paying them service charges for this work.

If you are planning to apply for a Bachelor's degree, then for university admissions they consider +2 percentage. Since you are graduate, you might be asked Bachelor's or Master's GPA for further studies. For PG Diploma courses, you need a minimum 5.5 GPA in 10+2.

There is no much scope of BHMS in foreign country. You have to take degree of particular country after BHMS. if you want to go foreign. You can appear in IELTS.
