Yes, you can take IELTS. However, first, decide what to study. Generally, you must have completed 10+2 to be eligible for further education.

Hi Akshay,
You can pursue further studies in engineering or think about a management degree. You may also consider a PG in engineering management. It's basically your choice, you have to study after knowing your own career intentions and also your own interest. You should check university websites for relevant programs they offer. See what interests you.

Hi Nizam, every college requires either TOEFL or IELTS, in case you fail to have one of these test scores they may offer you a pathway programme in English. If the English language test can be waived off completely will depend on the college. Check this link and contact the colleges directly

Yes, you can apply for 2019 intake. While filling your application you can mention that you will be appearing for the IELTS exam on so and so date.

You can apply to University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney and all the top ranking universities. Chances of admissions are high and will depend on your overall profile, SOP and LORs too.

Yes, you can, in fact, IELTS or TOEFL is not mandatory for Indian students coming from English medium schooling. But you must always get it checked and confirmed by the desired college or university you are planning to apply to.
