Hi,
USA and Singapore for some of the best architectural programs and skills. You can also consider Germany, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Italy, Canada etc. You have to choose basis your budget etc. You have to see if your profile meets the admission requirements or not. Go through university websites in specific countries, check the requirements, fees etc. and choose.

Hi Surya, you may try applying under SPP colleges for PG Diploma courses. For MS programs and non SPP, admission chances for you are very less and even if you get through a college there is a chance of visa rejection. Try contacting some colleges yourself before applying.

Hi Nandagopan, IELTS academic is taken for studying abroad but for jobs you must take IELTS general. But if you study abroad and apply for work permit or get a job after studies you don't have to give the IELTS again. But if you apply for PR you may have to take the IELTS again depending on the country's policy. You can talk with visa or immigration agent and clear out your doubt.

Hi Yatin, it will be difficult to say which countries you can go, you have to randomly contact universities worldwide, get in touch with university agents or representatives, attend education fairs, email the universities and find out. Some universities may accept NIOS, some may not. See USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, France etc.

Hi Rajesh Sharma, some of the best ones are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of Western Ontario, Ryerson University and many more. Generally IELTS is not waived by Canadian universities unless they send a confirmation beforehand, so you have to email them and find out. It will depend on individual university admission policies and your profile.

Hi,
Yes, you can apply. Your IELTS is slightly low, but universities may accept or offer you a pathway programme in English. Advised to communicate with the universities, before applying and confirm the IELTS status.

Hi, IELTS is not the sole criteria for determining your admission status. Mention your academic background for further guide.

Hi,
IELTS is an exam in itself. It's the test taken to demonstrate English language proficiency to study abroad.
