Hi,
There is no eligibility attached with these exams. Also, you need not to take all of them. GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Aim for these scores:
GMAT -710 and above
GRE -315 and above
TOEFL - 100
IELTS - 6.5

Your academic performance is not that strong and GRE and IELTS score wouldn't help you to get admission in good college in USA. If you want to take admission in an average college from USA then Indian colleges are better.

Most students don't find IELTS or TOEFL difficult. It's only a test of your English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. How difficult can it be? However you must take some practice tests to acquaint yourself with the test pattern etc. If you are not feeling confident, the go ahead and join some class for a month.
