Hi Samar,
4 is a very low score. You should retake your IELTS . You can also check the university websites for English language foundation programmes. Every university offers such foundation programs for international students not meeting IELTS requirement. Check British Council website too.

Dubai houses a number of famous foreign university campuses, you can check them. Please visit the university websites for the entry requirements. Most of them also require a GMAT score and work experience. American University in Dubai is a good one and known to produce job-ready graduates

Hi,
You can try to get admission for any Diploma in community colleges. Later, you can pursue a degree too, if you score well. 6.5 is a good score.

Hi Krima,
MBA abroad requires work experience and Australian universities strictly requires at least 2 years of work experience. Your grades are good, you need to retake IELTS and gain work experience.

Hi Guljit,
If you are applying for a Master’s degree or a PG Diploma, you are not eligible with 49%. You can apply basis your class 12th and Bachelor’s degree. I will advise you to send an email to some universities before applying.

Yes, to study in New Zealand or any other foreign country, you must take IELTS or TOEFL to demonstrate English language proficiency. You may check various university websites for minimum IELTS score they require. For Bachelor's degree mostly they ask for a score of 6 with no part less than 5.5.
