Hi Swagata,
Chances could be good if the university do not require a GRE score. Your IELTS score is also a little low as most MS programmes require an overall score of 6.5. Kindly, visit university websites for admission requirements. Admission chances will depend on your profile and will be decided by the university solely.

Hi Pawan,
An overall band of 5.5 is quite low. You should consider retaking the IELTS. You can also complete a bridge course in English, but you should contact the universities first as they will guide you as per your profile. You must always meet the admission requirements for visa purposes. So, you should prepare accordingly.

Task 1 expects 150 words. Task 2 expects 300 words. However, 5 words less or more is given as
allowance, which will not affect your score. Anything beyond will surely affect the score.

Yes, you can. Also, you need to add some extracurricular activities to your profile as it will provide you extra benefits for admission.

You have an option of scholarships as you are going for Masters course. Both of these countries have their own specializations depending on which course you are opting for.

If you are talking about student visa, you must first get the admission offer from a university. In addition to IELTS scores, you must check the academic requirements. As far as your IELTS is concerned, it is quite low. Can you mention your academic details and what you want to study, etc.?
