No, IELTS score is only valid for two years. You need to take the test again after two years.

You should take IELTS once again, and improve your score. Your score should be at least 6 bands (overall) if you want to get admission in a good college.
If you will opt for any english language course offered by the college, then it will cost you in lakhs. So you should take IELTS again as it will cost you around 12000 rupees.
