In case of admission in distance degree you need to show your address proof via a government ID card like Aadhar card and then you need to show your marksheets of 10 and 12 boards. these are needed. plus a bonafide if required.

You can check on their website because it allows admission twice in a year. You may apply for the same in January or February month of next year. However, it conducts entrance exam for the same.

As you did your 12th from NIOS, if you are passed in 5 main subjects then will be considered pass irrespective of the fact that he/ she fails in 6th /optional subject. So first confirm that you are pass in 5 main subjects or not.
