IGNOU does not offer a PG Diploma in Neuropsychology. However, it offers various courses that involve the study of neuropsychology. You can pursue BA Psychology and MA Psychology in IGNOU. If you have already completed master's degree in Psychology them you can pursue PG Diploma in Mental Health (PGDMH). It is a one-year course. You can pursue this course if you have completed a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing. The course is also open for medical graduates. There is no age limit prescribed for the course.

Indira Gandhi Open University MA fee structure shall include tuition fee, a one-time fee, and a registration fee. The registration fee amount is non-refundable. Candidates have to pay the fee amount after registration for admission confirmation. IGNOU MA tuition fee ranges between INR 7,000 and INR 25,000. The fee payment can be done online via credit card/debit card/net banking. This fee amount is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. Indira Gandhi National Open University does not have a fixed seat count for its courses. Thus, the number of seats is equal to the number of applicants in an admission year. The seat allotment procedure for the PG course is now merit-based. Hence, the applicant's performance in the bachelor's degree course is considered for selection. Indira Gandhi National Open University offers two-year MBA course in five specialisation options. Candidates have to choose the desired specialisation in the third semester of the programme. As per the infomation available on the web, candidates do not have to pay the complete course fee of IGNOU at the time of admission. The fee is divided and students need to pay it annually.
