For admission there is no online or open cutoff released for BSc in Nursing.
You have to go through offline counselling for admission at IGNOU if you have your name in the qualified students list.

Usually it's not possible you have to study three years. But if you want to change college for your third year than it's depend on that college where you are willing to apply usually for change of college allowed.

You can take admission in IGNOU without cutoff. You just need 50% marks in your class 12th.
