It is unfortunate but its true that UGC does not allow simultaneous study in two degrees from same or different universities. Students are given time period longer to complete degree in comparison to regular degree courses in degrees by distance learning. You may complete one degree say from DU-SOL and then complete degree from IGNOU.

WE-School is a far better option. Your curriculum will be made according to the needs of the job and the timeline. You will be having access to the library and will be provided with enough academic material to help you in completing your course. WE-School is AICTE approved. Thus the certificate has value and will be considered in MNC's too.

Hello! Even the various colleges under Symbiosis University(SIBM, SCMHRD, SIIB, etc) offer the MBA degree. Plus both SIBM and SCMHRD are reputed B-schools as they rank among the top 25 in India. So, it being a better brand, I would suggest Symbiosis over IGNOU.

No, priority should be given to regular mode of education I.e MBA through regular colleges. IGNOU would be good if you are in a job, have some good work experience and are unable to attend regular classes because of your job or business.
