Hi, Buffer offers are basically rolled out to make the admission a quick process. It is rolled out on a notion that everyone will not accept the final offer. There are people who have the final offer in hand but then prefer going to some other school.

Hello! As long as you have at least 50% marks scored throughout your academics, you are eligible to apply for the interviews of FMS and IIFT. The final selection mainly depends upon your interview performance, though you need to ace it really well. Good luck!

As you are preparing for CAT exam there is no need to go with other exam focus on CAT preparation and you will get a good college. But for a security reason you should fill all entrance exam forms so that you could have option in terms of college selection at the end.
