As per the last year trends, you have chances here. The last year closing rank in your category was 2999 in ECE, while AIRCRL for this branch was 84639 in special round-II.

Yes, it is a good choice to pursue B.Tech in mechanical and MBA from Triple IT, it give you many companies for B.Tech and for MBA together.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category. Please try JoSAA app on play store, and use it's college cutoff and college predictions.

If you belong to a general category, then you will need above 220 + marks and you will secure rank under 20,000 and you there are some chances.

Yes, every colleges have some rooms that have air conditioned, so try out during counselling after admission you get knowledge about it.
