IIT Allahabad offers various courses in the field of Science and engineering such as B.Tech, B.Sc, BA, ME, MSC, BBA, B.Com, PHD. The IIT Allahabad College has a good placement record. The College has ample internship opportunities for the students and also provides in-campus placement to their students. The Placement rate of the college lies between 80%. The domestic package offered by the IIT Allahabad for B.Tech students ranges from 50 LPA. The highest Placement was 102 LPA and the average Placement was 40 LPA. The infrastructure of the college is very good and various labs are available for hands on practices, also the faculty

IIIT Allahabad's placements are considered good compared to other top IIITs. It boasts a good placement record, with a high average package offered to B.Tech graduates. The average package for the 2023 placement season was around INR 30 LPA. Some programs or specializations like CSE (Computer Science Engineering) or IT (Information Technology) might have even better placement prospects compared to other branches.

According to NIRF 2023, IIIT Allahabad is ranked 89th out of the best engineering colleges in India, whereas MNNIT Allahabad is ranked 49th. In contrast to MNNIT Allahabad, which earned a placement rate of 95.4% for its BTech placements in 2022, IIIT Allahabad recorded 100% placements during its BTech placements. Additionally, INR 102.50 LPA was the highest compensation awarded during the IIIT Allahabad BTech jobs in 2022. The maximum package offered by MNNIT Allahabad for the same was INR 135 LPA in 2023. Candidates with at least 90 percentile have a great chance. It is a great percentile to get into the IIIT Allahabad BTech course. Additionally, the candidate must also be amongst the top 11,553 ranks.With 50 marks in the JEE Main 2024 exam, applicants would get a percentile of 80 to 85. Q2: Can I get IIIT at 60 percentile? Ans. IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023 for the BTech course has been released upto Round 8 seat allotment results. Candidates having a valid JEE Main scores are called for the JoSAA Counselling followed by the CSAB Counselling. JoSAA Counselling 2023 was held upto Round 6 followed by the CSAB Counselling, which was held upto two Special Rounds. During IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank was 5924 for B.Tech. in Information Technology course, 9558 for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and 6587 for B.Tech. in Information Technology (Business Informatics).

During the IIITA 2022 placements, the highest package offered to an M.Tech student was INR 1.4 crore per annum as per the media reports. The highest package was offered by Google. NIRF has also ranked IIIT Allahabad at 93rd position under the Engineering category. However, both institutes are good options for M.Tech aspirants.

IIITA offers a four-year BTech as its flagship course. The UG-level programme is available in five specialisations, including Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), and IT (Business Informatics). Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad, which was established in 1999, is a recognised university and is, in fact, a government college.
