Candidates taking admission to an MTech programme shall have a valid BE/BTech degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST) from a recognised university. The candidates wanting to pursue M.Tech from IIITA need to take the GATE exam. Candidates with a valid GATE score are called for the CCMT Counselling rounds based on cutoff marks.
