IIITA offers a four-year BTech as its flagship course. The UG-level programme is available in five specialisations, including Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), and IT (Business Informatics). For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 15613 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
