IIIT Allahabad accepts JEE Main scores for the admission to BTech and BTech Integrated courses. Candidates preparing for IIIT Allahabad are only required to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. Students who secure above the 75 percentile in JEE Main 2025 will have fair chances to secure a seat at the institute. Further, they need to start preparing for the counselling session. Candidates acquiring decent ranks in JEE Mains results must apply for round-wise counselling.

IIIT Allahabad offers four-year BTech course in three specialisations. As per the JoSAA website, the institute offers BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and Information Technology - Business Informatics. IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2025 has been released for the Round 1 seat allotment results based on CCMT counselling and GATE exam. The IIIT Allahabad GATE CCMT cutoff 2025 was released for various specialisations. To get into IIIT Allahabad, the candidates need to score between 440 and 702 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the needed score should stood between 367 and 632.
